The service

Ownedgaze is an invite-only closed beta: an Android app (Dom + Sub in one APK) and a narrow Dom web library for allowlist upload. Distribution is currently sideload APK from this site — not a public Play Store listing.

Features, retention, and availability may change or reset during beta. We may suspend the service for maintenance or risk.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older.
• You need a valid invite to create an account.
• Use is for a consensual Dom/sub dynamic. The Sub must knowingly install, pair, and grant capture permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ownedgaze on or involving anyone under 18.
• Install or run monitoring on someone who has not knowingly consented (covert stalkerware).
• Upload illegal content, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material you do not have rights to use for allowlisting.
• Treat the Dom library as a public porn host, CDN, or discovery platform for strangers.
• Attempt to break encryption, abuse APIs, scrape others’ data, or interfere with other users’ devices or accounts.
• Share Dom invite codes or library link codes in a way that enables takeover of Dom keys or library access.

We may refuse invites, revoke sessions, delete content, or suspend accounts when we believe these rules were broken or when required by law.

Dom and Sub responsibilities

• Dom: protect the Dom invite code (it unwraps Dom keys); review linked browsers; only upload media you are entitled to use; respect Sub consent and local law.
• Sub: understand that the app captures and classifies screen content while monitoring runs; you can stop by uninstalling or revoking permissions and asking the Dom to cancel.

No perfect detection

Classifiers and allowlist matching miss content and can false-positive. We do not promise perfect NSFW detection, perfect Dom-content matching, or unbreakable anti-evasion.

Your content

You keep rights to media you upload. You grant Ownedgaze a limited license to store and process it solely to provide allowlisting (including fingerprint derivation for the paired Sub). Originals stay on our servers for your library; see Privacy.

Beta disclaimer

The service is provided as is during closed beta, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed under applicable EU consumer and other mandatory law, Ownedgaze is not liable for indirect damages, relationship outcomes, or data loss beyond what we cannot legally exclude.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under EU-oriented rules applicable to the beta. A more specific member-state venue may be named when a formal entity is established.
